Laura & Terrance’s wedding at the Inn at City Park

Sometimes you have to just roll with what the weather gods give you on your wedding day. That was the case for Laura and Terrance at their Fort Collins wedding in July. Their ceremony took place at St. Joseph’s Church, followed by photos of the bridal party at CSU. The couple took a stroll down memory lane to their favorite local pub and to the Armstrong Hotel, where they stayed the night. Guests got to take a special trolley down Mountain Avenue from the ceremony to the reception, which is a unique way to transport your guests! The weather was beautiful for most of the day but one thunderstorm cloud rolled over the reception venue, the Inn at City Park, just before their grand entrance and soaked the table settings. Everyone pitched in along with the staff to strip the linens to put them in the dryer and then re-set all the tables, all within an hour! Kudos to their planner Casey at Pink Diamond Events for keeping her cool. But this didn’t faze the guests or the couple, and things we nice and fresh for the rest of the night.
